Positive: The apartment is in a very good location. Within walking distance, there is a beautiful beach where you can sunbathe in a bikini, as well as countless shops and restaurants. Taxi stands and bus stops are nearby. The WTC shopping mall with very big grocery stor is also within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and well suited even for a larger group. The apartment is furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The host responds quickly and communicates well. Negative: The apartment photos are not the most up to date. While they do reflect the apartment, in reality it is already somewhat worn. The level of cleanliness does not meet the standard that a European guest might be accustomed to. The ventilation and air conditioning systems are quite noisy, so anyone who needs complete quiet to sleep should consider bringing earplugs.

AED: 300 ++ for 1 Day. -  Linen/Towel Change at AED: 100 ++ for 1 Day - Premium Parking @ AED12 Every Four Hours from 8:00 am until 12: 00 am. Free Parking from 12:00 am to 8:00 am.
