Elegant 4BR Corniche Stay – Private Balcony & More

Positive: Inside the city and close to malls and restaurants Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and stressful. One of the biggest problems was the lack of communication with the staff. Whenever we needed help or had a question, it was very difficult to reach anyone, and responses were either very slow or sometimes there was no response at all. Another major issue was the lack of basic facilities. There was no clear or convenient place to dispose of our trash, which became very frustrating during the stay. Parking was also a serious problem. There was no proper parking provided for appartment guests, so we had to use paid parking nearby. The parking fees were very expensive, especially when staying for several days, adding a significant unexpected cost to the trip.

Positive: The apartment is in a very good location. Within walking distance, there is a beautiful beach where you can sunbathe in a bikini, as well as countless shops and restaurants. Taxi stands and bus stops are nearby. The WTC shopping mall with very big grocery stor is also within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and well suited even for a larger group. The apartment is furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The host responds quickly and communicates well. Negative: The apartment photos are not the most up to date. While they do reflect the apartment, in reality it is already somewhat worn. The level of cleanliness does not meet the standard that a European guest might be accustomed to. The ventilation and air conditioning systems are quite noisy, so anyone who needs complete quiet to sleep should consider bringing earplugs.

AED: 300 ++ for 1 Day. -  Linen/Towel Change at AED: 100 ++ for 1 Day - Premium Parking @ AED12 Every Four Hours from 8:00 am until 12: 00 am. Free Parking from 12:00 am to 8:00 am. You need a lot of AED: 1 coins.  - Standard Parking: (Difficult to Find) @ AED: 15 for 24 hours. Overall Experience: 7.5/10 Negative: - Cleaning Service is at Extra Cost. AED: 300 ++ for 1 Day.
